A 15th century house located in the old town of Besalú overlooking the famous Llibertat square and near the Romanesque bridge. It is currently renovated into two apartments: a single-floor apartment (48 m2) and a two-floor duplex (90 m2).
The apartments are totally reformed with a modern and rustic decoration in stone. In the duplex apartment a gothic arch has been preserved, which was found during the reform. The facilities have renewable energy: solar panels for hot water and aerothermics for hot/cold, air conditioning, underfloor heating, air conditioning and thermostatic showers. House with energy classification "A".
